The Lip & Eye Makeup Cleanser's unique dual layer is made up of a layer of silicon oil and water, which converts into emulsion when shaken. The water lily and iris extract purifies and smoothen the skin.

Usage

Shake well and then pump a reasonable amount of cleanser onto a cotton pad.

Then dap it on the eye and lip area for about 5 seconds to dissolve makeup residues.

Lastly, either cleanse it with warm water or wipe it away with tissue.
