Q. When the spree will start and end?
Princess Pinky: The spree will start the 1st of every month and ends on 30th of that month.
Q. How long can i recieve my items after the spree ends?
Princess Pinky: Once spree is closed, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks to ship the items. Restocking & Packing Of Goods by Overseas Supplier can take 2 -3 Weeks. We will send out ur items the 2 working day once it arrive Singapore.
If u cannot wait, pls do not join the SPREES.
Q: How much is the postage for delivery in Singapore?
Princess Pinky: Normal postage free - 1 to 3 items
Normal postage SGD$2.00 - 4 to 6 items
Normal postage SGD$2.00 - for glass or bulky items
Registered Mail : top up $2.20 on top of normal postage
Q: How much is the postage for international shipping?
Princess Pinky: International shipping depends on the country and the weight of the item. We will provide tracking number if by registered mail. However, buyer needs to pay for the international shipping.
Q: Will the item be wrapped and package?
Princess Pinky: Yes, all items will be wrapped to minimise any damage during the delivery. All items are brand new in packaging.
Q: Does Princess Pinky meet up with her customers?
Princess Pinky: No. Strictly to buyers who purchase 4 items and above or bulky items. Commonwealth MRT on weekdays afternoon and Orchard MRT on weekends afternoon at Princess Pinky's convenience.
Q: How do I pay for my item?
Princess Pinky: We accept Interbank Fund Transfer or ATM Bank Transfer from UOB and POSB for local orders or cash during the meet-up. We accept Paypal for international buyers.
